Unit 5 of our second-year cycle is all about Inventions! Students will be learning about the ideas that have changed our world, patents, and creating their own inventions throughout the month. They will also be learning each day about messages that are all around us, how to take our thoughts captive, and test what we hear with the Word of God. In our final week, students will use what they learned about messages to either design an ad or record commercial advertising their invention. Nearly every single day has an optional, simple science experiment or hands-on adaptation, while also giving options to watch a video for families that don't have the time or supplies on hand.
This unit is rich with beautiful illustrations, deep discussions (we don't shy away from anything), and seeped in God's Word. Come take a journey with us to learn from our past and see how it has influenced the world we live in today.

How does it work?
Each of our full units incorporates all your subjects (but math) for all levels from early reader through high school. There are 20 individual lessons, designed to be done 4 days a week for 5 weeks or 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The lessons include grammar, Bible, Writing, Spelling, Geography, Social Studies, History, Art, and Science.
Upon purchase, you will get an email that includes the links to your digital downloads. We recommend downloading them and saving them to your computer, then printing them out (or casting them to your TV).
