Digital products are not eligible for return or refund. Upon your purchase you are automatically sent your files to download and as we cannot remove them from your computer, the purchase is final sale.
To avoid this problem, we highly recommend downloading our free samples to ensure the best placement for your child and to have an idea of how the units work.
