When will this be available?

The Legacy Pass will be available for 48 hours only, starting March 17th, 2026 and ending March 18th, 2026.

How long will it take to gain access?

Access to digital files will be released as products are released. Any future products that have been announced will be added to your downloads when they go live on our site.

Can I combine this with other sales or discounts?

Legacy Pass coupon can not be combined with any other sales or discounts.

Can I use my Military or Missionary discount?

Military and Missionary discounts can not be used to purchase the Legacy Pass.

Does this provide access to the Academy?

Legacy Pass does not include the Academy subscription or any Academy classes that may eventually be available for purchase.

What if I change my mind?

The Legacy Pass is non-refundable due to the digital nature of the files. Once your purchase has gone through, you will be sent digital access to the files that are currently available and at that point you will have received already much more than the value of the pass. We agree to include all items that are listed on this page and future digital products that may be released but there are no refunds for late files or due to changing your mind.

What does the coupon cover / not cover?

The coupon provides 25% off printed curriculum on our US site that was published by Gather 'Round Homeschool. It is for your immediate family only and is non-transferrable to your children, extended family, or friends. It does not apply to products published by Fully Surrendered or to items such as merch, novels that are not published by Gather 'Round, etc.

What does "life" or "lifetime" mean?

“Life” refers to the life of our company. You’ll have access to all current and future digital resources for as long as Gather ’Round Homeschool is operating.

What if I already bought digital years or a Lifer Pass?

There are no discounts or adjustments based on previous purchases. We hope that the value of the pass with future releases alone will make it worth it (along with, of course, the print upgrade coupon).

Do you have a payment plan?

BIG UPDATE: YES! For a limited time we are offering payment plans through Shop Pay, a reputable company that will manage payments and has no interest, making it more affordable for families. While there is a large cost associated with offering this for Gather 'Round, we hope that it will make this more accessible to families who need to work this into their budget and that it will remove any hindrance so that all can take advantage of this incredible offer.

Will it sell out?

Quantities are limited to ensure we can support each family well. We are prayerfully considering the cap and therefore not giving a specific number, but we will be monitoring the sale and will announce when there are only a few left. Once sold out, the Legacy Pass may not return.

How will I access my files?

Files are delivered to your Gather ’Round account. Download and store them on your device or cloud for safekeeping.

Are there download or hosting limits for my files?

Each file has 15 downloads available. Files are not guaranteed to be hosted for the life of our company, therefore we recommend downloading and storing your files on a storage device (such as an external harddrive) or an online cloud-based system like Google Drive or Dropbox.

What are the terms and conditions?

Can I pass this on to my children?

No. The Legacy Pass digital access and print upgrade coupon are tied to your name and not transferable to your children, extended family members, or friends. Any sharing violates the terms of this product and will result in removal without refund.

Is there a limit to how much print I can buy?

Yes. The 25% discount is for your family’s use and limited to $2,000 USD in print purchases per year on our US site.
