From wars on communism to wars about equality, this unit takes us from 1946–1975. In US History 5, students will learn about America's recovery from World War II, some iconic presidents and the changes that they made, and some major figures in the civil rights movement. MP3 stories coming soon as well for younger audiences! Our unit project for this unit is evaluating media: its impact, biases, unifying power, and pros and cons. Despite polarizing opinions and incredible division, learn about the events that unified a nation and set the course of history.

This listing includes the physical, printed, and shipped format for our mini-unit Teacher's Guide for US History 5. You will also need to purchase Student Notebooks in order to do this unit.
Our mini units are 20 lessons long and designed to go along with and/or supplement our main units. They are not as in-depth or as large as our main units, with only 2 pages in each student book per lesson instead of 5. Our mini units are designed to be more targeted and focused rather than broad and far-reaching.
Your Teacher's Guide is printed on high end 32lb (80lb text) paper and coil bound with plastic coils in our warehouse on the left. It is 148 pages pages long and printed double-sided.
